Saturday’s Prime Rib Night Launches High Season
During high season, Mariposa presents guests a savory Prime Rib dinner on Saturday evenings. Bruce, co-owner of Mariposa, works closely with one of the top butcheries in Belize to ensure high quality selections of beef.
Along with exquisite cuts of prime rib paired with au jus and horseradish, guests enjoy yorkshire pudding and steamed vegetables sourced from a local farm or from our own organic garden. A loaded baked potato with bacon bits, chives, and sour cream complete this divine meal.
Guests can dine on our wrap around outdoor patio or dine in the comfort of our inside restaurant which features vaulted ceilings and large french doors providing a romantic atmosphere.
We are proud to prepare our dishes in a state of the art commercial kitchen equipped with modern appliances, stainless steel countertops and high pressure steam dishwashers. We ensure high standard of food handling and sanitation practices.
